Driver Bio
Alfie is more than a young driver chasing lap times. He is a bright, kind and naturally curious 10-year-old from Paignton with a love for learning, building and understanding how things work.
At school, Alfie is academically strong, well-liked and confident around people of different ages. Away from karting, he has a strong interest in technology and engineering, including coding, circuit building and electronics. That technical curiosity connects naturally with racing, where feel, grip, control and understanding the kart are all part of the development process.
Behind the helmet, Alfie is fun, kind-hearted and full of energy. But when he gets into a kart, his focus changes. He listens, adapts and pushes for the next step, a pattern shown from his early step-up at Plymouth, to low-grip winter running at Dunkeswell, to TeamSport Race Academy and his first Inter Max test with BKC.
His natural feel behind the wheel has also been recognised outside karting. In May 2026, Alfie drove a Lamborghini Superleggera at a junior supercar experience with Car Chase Heroes, where his instructor praised his composure, confidence and control, describing him as the standout junior driver of the day.
Alfie’s journey is still at the beginning, but the foundations are clear: curiosity, courage, kindness, focus, and a hunger to keep learning, progressing and pushing for the next level.
